Ireland fines Instagram 405 million for mishandling teens' personal data

According to the information provided, Facebook Ireland allowed users between the ages of 13 and 17 to open business accounts on the Instagram platform and, on some occasions, the operation of these accounts required the publication open to all users of the telephone number and/or email address of the minor user.
