A shop clerk injured trying to mediate a brutal fight between two female customers at London's Boxing Day sales

A Pull&Bear worker is injured after trying to separate two women who were fighting during the Boxing Day sales in London. One of the clients began to attack the other woman with a metal bar from a clothes rail after a heated argument, as reported by the Daily Mail.

The events occurred this Monday after six in the afternoon (one more hour in Spain) at the Pull&Bear store, located on one of the main streets of the city. Thousands of people enjoyed Boxing Day, a traditional holiday in Great Britain that is celebrated the day after Christmas and in which stores offer their products at discounts.

Two women, who were also enjoying the sales, began to fight over a garment that they both wanted. The images circulating on social networks show how a member of the staff intervenes to stop the dispute before the gaze of dozens of people who were inside the store. In that attempt to stop the fight, he receives a blow that causes a head injury.

Hits with a metal bar

The Metropolitan Police received a notice at 18.10 local time to report an altercation at a well-known store located on Oxford Street. Some jeans were the protagonists of the fight. Both women loved them and, after a heated argument, they began to attack each other with different objects from the store, including a bar from a metal clothes rail.

In the video that has already gone viral on Twitter, you can see how one of the women grabs the metal bar and begins to hit her opponent. The other customer tries to hit him back while grabbing the pants that were on a nearby shelf.

In the midst of the chaos, the rest of the customers who were in the store begin to shout for help and run towards the exit of the establishment to avoid being hit.

Separated by the security guard

One of the store workers, who belongs to the Inditex group, tried to stop the altercation but received a blow to the head that caused a blow. The man did not want to receive medical assistance and continued working, according to the Metropolitan Police in a statement.

Finally, the women were separated by a security guard. The networks turned to the injured worker and praised the security guard for managing to stop the fight.

At the moment, there have been no arrests and investigations are ongoing to find out what really happened.
