One of the latest videos that feed this theory has been captured during Putin's visit to a school in Kaliningrad, where the president held a meeting with gifted students.

During their meeting, it is seen how at a given moment, the president's legs begin to move in an uncontrolled manner, a symptom that is not the first time that Putin has been observed in recent times.
