New images suggest that the detainee for trying to kill Cristina Fernández planned the attack with the help of his girlfriend
New images released this Wednesday suggest to investigators that the attack against Argentine Vice President Cristina Fernández was planned several days in advance, according to local media reports.
Brenda Uliarte, girlfriend of the main defendant for the assassination attempt, who remains under police arrest, had among her occupations the street sale of cotton candy (known in Argentina as "snowflakes"), as she herself admitted in statements to the Crónica TV news channel less than a month ago.
According to images broadcast by local media, the first time a cart with cotton candy was seen near Fernández's home was on August 23, at the beginning of the demonstrations in support of the former president (2007-2015) after requesting a sentence of twelve years in prison against him.
A similar cart was seen again four days later, in the context of the protests over the installation of a perimeter fence around the home of Cristina Fernández.

According to local media, investigators are working on the hypothesis that Uliarte was doing "intelligence" the days before the attack, to provide information to his partner, Fernando Sabag Montiel, the 35-year-old Brazilian man who tried to shoot the vice president on 1 September.
This hypothesis would be supported by other images from the same day of the attack, which corroborate the presence of both at the scene of the events, something that Uliarte initially denied.
Uliarte was transferred this Tuesday to the federal courts of Comodoro Py (province of Buenos Aires) to testify before Judge María Eugenia Capuchetti and Prosecutor Carlos Rívolo, in the midst of an investigation that takes place with great secrecy after the imposition of the secrecy of the summary.
Last Thursday night, Montiel tried to shoot Cristina Fernández in the face, but the shot did not occur and was reduced by the militants gathered there.
