A Spanish tourist died this Friday in the Judean desert, on the West Bank, after falling from a height of ten meters.

Apparently, the woman, in her 30s, fell off a cliff, official sources reported.

Helicopter rescue

"Police forces and volunteers from the Magilot rescue unit were called to the area of ​​the Mar Saba monastery following a report of a woman apparently falling from a height of 10 meters," an Israeli police statement said.
