- A sexual photo, a party video... The 'campaign' against Sanna Marin, which makes Finland strong against Putin.
Finnish Prime Minister defends her right to have fun: "I'm human"
"I am human. And sometimes I also miss the joy, the light, and the fun in the midst of these dark clouds." With these words, interrupted by visible emotion and on the verge of tears, the Prime Minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, appeared this Wednesday afternoon to explain the latest controversies in which she has been involved.
After a video of her dancing with her friends and a photo of two of her friends kissing bare-chested covered with a banner reading "Finland" were released inside Kesäranta, the official residence of the chiefs of government.
In an act organized by the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the town of Lahti, in the south of the country, its leader, Sanna Marin, has declared that she does not like the population to see videos and photographs of her private sphere and has claimed her right to be judged for her work, which she has assured that she has not missed "not a single day".

"It's private, it's joy and it's life," she said in reference to the leaked material. "I have not missed a single day of work. I have not missed a single task, and I will not, not even now in the midst of all this. Together we have to build a stronger country," she added.
As a result of the dissemination of several private videos in which she appeared partying with some friends, Sanna Marin agreed to take a drug test last week which she was negative. Marin herself, 36, ruled out before the media that she had taken drugs and only admitted alcohol consumption. She agreed to undergo the test to clarify any doubts and after part of the opposition asked her to do so.
Days later, she had to face a new controversy after a photo of two of her friends was spread on TikTok in Kesäranta, the official residence of the heads of government. In this image, two women appear kissing with almost naked torsos and hiding their breasts with a sign that says "Finland".
After the photo came to light and with subsequent apologies from Marin, one of the girls who appeared in the image, Sabina Särkkä, apologized for her "inappropriate behavior", according to the British newspaper Daily Mail.
