The President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelensky, accused Russia late this Sunday of damaging 90% of the houses in the city of Severodonetsk, located in Donbas, and has visited the city of Kharkiv.

"90% of the houses are damaged, more than two-thirds of the houses in the city have been completely destroyed. There is no mobile connection and the bombing is constant," the president denounced in a speech published on the page of the presidency from Ukraine.

Thus, it has warned that the attackers wanted to raise their flag on the Severodonetsk administration building, which is located on the Boulevard of Friendship of Nations.

"A third of the Kharkiv region is still under occupation. We will definitively liberate the entire territory"

"We are doing everything possible to repeal this offensive. There was not a day when we did not try to find more weapons, more modern weapons to defend our land, to defend our people," Zelensky stressed.

Zelensky has described the destruction in the city of Kharkiv as a symbol of Russia's war of extermination and of his own losses during this conflict.

"The black, burned and half-ruined apartment buildings look to the east and north with their windows, from where the Russian artillery was firing," explained the Ukrainian president.

He also stressed that "a third of the Kharkiv region is still under occupation. We will definitively liberate the entire territory."
