NASA has reported that on April 29, a mile-long asteroid will approach Earth. This space body had already been described as "potentially dangerous". Information that raised fears of whether or not this sidereal rock will impact our planet.

The US space agency, they have clarified that the risk of impact is nil and they monitor each advance of the asteroid so that it does not deviate from its orbit, since it will approach at a speed of 37,400km/h.

Will return in 2029

The arrival of this planetoid is not new, in 1939 it came within 2.5 million kilometers of the Earth's atmosphere and NASA predicts that it will visit us again in 2029 at a greater distance of around 40 million kilometers.

This large rock, whose name is 2008 AG33, is not the only one to spend these days close to Earth. Another asteroid named 2021 HB1 passed close to our orbit last Tuesday the 26th, remaining at a distance of 201,000 kilometers.

A 12-meter body was discovered days in advance by the Mount Lemmon Survey Observatory, with no possibility of impact against the planet.
